The Resort provides over 13,000 square feet of total indoor meeting space. This is comprised of an 8,048 square-foot Ballroom, along with six breakout rooms ranging in size from 693 square feet to 720 square feet. The meeting space will have high-speed, wireless internet capabilities. Aditionally, the resort will have a 2,000 seat showroom. |

| The Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians settled the land and desert of the area known as Palm Springs over a
thousand years ago. The Cahuilla name for the Palm Springs area is “Se-khi” or “boiling water”. When the Spanish
Conquistadors arrived in 1772, they named this Cahuilla band of Indians after the “hot water” or mineral Springs:
